Requirements to maintain ExtendSim Adopter status

You must be able to adhere to all 8 requirements to maintain your Adopter status. If any of these requirements are not permissable by your university's policy, please submit a thorough explanation and we can consider an alternative.

To continue as an ExtendSim Adopter, your College/Department agrees to: Use the Academic Floating License granted for teaching purposes only.
Restrict accessibility to the college/department that has been approved as an ExtendSim Adopter and only allow currently enrolled students and professors of that college/department to access the license.
Ensure the license will NOT be used for commercial purposes, such as research that is subsidized by a private or government enterprise or for consulting.
Provide a copy of the syllabus for each course ExtendSim will be used in. Syllabus must show how you intend to use ExtendSim in the course/s or refer to ExtendSim as the preferred simulation tool for your college/department.
At the end of each course, submit a summary indicating how ExtendSim was used and the benefits attained through its use within 30 days of course completion.
Acknowledge use of the ExtendSim simulation tool in any documents or results that are published and contact Imagine That Inc. to notify them of their publication.
Provide Imagine That Inc. with permission to link to your web site and publish information, results, and summaries of ExtendSim usage at your university.
Promote your usage of ExtendSim by maintaining a logo with link to www.ExtendSim.com on your web site.
