If you are not ready to upgrade to ExtendSim 10, please be sure you are using the final release of ExtendSim 9. If you are a registered ExtendSim user of ExtendSim 9.3, 9.2, 9.1, or 9.0 (single user or network license), complete this form to access the updater to 9.3.1.

Note: This file is an updater, NOT a full application. ExtendSim 9 must already be installed on your computer as it replaces the existing installation of ExtendSim 9.

This file is an updater, NOT a full application. ExtendSim must already be installed on your computer and you must install the updater over your existing ExtendSim installation.

As you run the installer, the default folder name must be the same as the folder you are updating.

Make sure you update to the folder that contains your existing ExtendSim 9 installation.

Release 9.3.1 IS backwards compatible with releases 9.3 and 9.2. However, due to architectural changes, release 9.3.1 (and 9.3, 9.2, and 9.1) are NOT backwards compatible with 9.0 or earlier. Once files have been saved in ExtendSim 9.3.1, they cannot be read by release 9.0. If you've opened a file in release 9.3.1 and want to keep it readable by previous releases, DO NOT Save it. Instead, use the Save As command to save a copy of the file with a different name or save it to a different location.

If you experience problems with the installation, try reinstalling ExtendSim from your original ExtendSim 9 installation file, then reinstall the update.
