If you are running any version of ExtendSim released prior to November 15, 2017, you will need to replace a DLL within ExtendSim to enable it to run on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.
Download and Save the "ExtendSim-Win10FCUfix.zip" file, then decompress it to reveal "asimagin.dll". Copy this DLL into the folder "Program Files (x86)/ExtendSim" where it will replace the existing "asimagin.dll". Note: If you don't get a message that it's replacing the DLL, you're in the wrong folder. Then, restart ExtendSim.
If you are using ExtendSim 9, you may choose to download and run a revised 9.3 updater which includes the replacement DLL.
