It's always best to use the most current release of any software. However, if you're not ready to upgrade to ExtendSim 2024, be sure you're using the final release of ExtendSim 10 -- 10.1.1.
To find out if you are using the final release, from withing ExtendSim, choose About ExtendSim under the Help menu to open the ExtendSim start up screen. The bar at the top shows you which ExtendSim release you are using. If it does not say ExtendSim 10.1.1, download thefinal release.
Updating ExtendSim Pro, DE, or CP Individual licenses or Client devices of a Floating license
Use the updater to ExtendSim 10.1.1.
Updating ExtendSim Analysis RunTime, Student, or a Node-Locked license
Contact the ExtendSim Team to obtain the 10.1.1 release for your package.
