To upgrade from a release prior to ExtendSim 10, go to Upgrade to ExtendSim 2024.
To identify the ExtendSim release you are using, either:
- from within ExtendSim go to Help > About ExtendSim.
- or right-click the ExtendSim application icon in the Program Files folder and go to the Properties/Details tab.

Updating ExtendSim 10.1.0 to 10.0.4...
If your current release is 10.0.4 or later, this single updater has the ability to update the following ExtendSim products.
- Individual licenses of Pro, DE, CP, Analysis RunTime, or Student
- Floating licenses (Client installations only) of Pro, DE, CP, or Analysis RunTime
- Node-Locked licenses of Pro, DE, CP, or Analysis RunTime
- Cloud licenses (ExtendSim portion only)
Updating ExtendSim 10.0.3 to 10.0.0...
If you are using ExtendSim Pro, DE, or CP (Individual or Floating) released prior to 10.0.4, the Trial version of ExtendSim is your updater. Download the Trial version of the package you purchased and install over your current installation of ExtendSim 10 (be sure you install 10.1.1 in the same location, using the same name as the previous installation). When you restart ExtendSim, you will be running 10.1.1.
