Supercharge Your Simulations: Python-Powered Modeling with ExtendSim
Unlock the full power of Python—machine learning models, optimization solvers, and advanced libraries—directly inside your ExtendSim models. In this Simulation Master Class, you’ll get an inside look at the new Python Bridge block coming in ExtendSim 2026 and learn how it transforms simulation modeling.
Why Attend:
The Python Bridge block is a gateway for you to launch and execute Python during simulation runtime, creating intelligent, adaptive, experiment ready models. No file passing, no duct taped integrations—just clean, simulation native execution.
Use Python’s ecosystem to:
- Bring ML models into the loop for real time inference
- Integrate leading optimization and analytics libraries
- Execute scripts inside ExtendSim for closed loop experimentation and adaptive logic
- Build advanced logic with a robust scripting editor
- Access ExtendSim variables, data, and model logic directly from Python
What you’ll learn:
- Inside the integration: ExtendSim Technical Product Manager Mohan Divakaran will lead a guided walkthrough of the Python Bridge architecture and the data flow between ExtendSim and Python during execution
- Real world application: Dave Krahl from the QMT Group and Tetra Tech will present a live use case demonstrating Python based analytics inside a running ExtendSim model
- Live Q&A: Get answers directly from the team building and using this capability
Who should attend:
Simulation engineers, data scientists, OR practitioners, and modelers who want to pair ExtendSim with Python’s powerful ecosystem to build higher fidelity, experiment ready simulation models.
