- This Updater can only be used to update ExtendSim 10.0.4 or later.
- Do not revoke or reactivate your license while updating!
- Backup your files before you update.
- Quit ExtendSim before using the Updater.
- Run the Installer as Administrator.
- During the update process, you must choose which ExtendSim product and which installation of that product you want to update. To update multiple products, run the Updater multiple times. For example, you would run the Updater twice if you have ExtendSim Pro and ExtendSim ART installed on the same device and you want to update them both.
- NOTE: The Updater will not change folder or shortcut names. For example, if during the original installation you named the folder ExtendSim Pro 10.1.0, after updating to 10.1.1 the folders in Program Files and Documents will still be named ExtendSim Pro 10.1.0 and the shortcut on your desktop (if set) will remain as ExtendSim Pro 10.1.0. If you want the folders and shortcuts to have different names, you will need to manually rename them.
